ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION
Any sale or reservation contracted by electronic means with our Group is subject to these GTC.
The electronic way can be used to make available contractual conditions or information on goods or services in application of article 1369-1 of the Civil Code.
Information requested for the conclusion of a contract or information sent during its execution may be transmitted if the recipient has accepted the use of this means.
ARTICLE 2 – CONSUMER INFORMATION
The essential characteristics of our stays and accommodation offers sold by electronic means are available in application of article L 111-1 of the Consumer Code on the website www.lifehtotel.fr
Our prices are displayed according to the Customer’s search criteria. In addition to the total price of the reservation mentioned, the telecommunication costs inherent in accessing the site remain the responsibility of the client.
The present GTC are available for consultation in French and in English. They can be printed by following the instructions on the site.
For any additional information, the customer can contact directly the chosen hotel by phone or by mail.
ARTICLE 3 – CONDITIONS OF VALIDITY
The conditions of validity of our offers of stay or accommodation and prices are determined by the updating of the site at each search by the customer and by the release of our offers or promotions. They remain applicable as long as they remain accessible by us, in application of article 1369-4 of the Civil Code.
Non-modifiable, non-cancellable offers: hoteliers may have to make promotional offers for which no cancellation or modification is possible. Pursuant to Article L121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L121-20 is not applicable.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICES, INVOICES
Our prices are in Euros and include all taxes.
As payment is made directly to the hotelier, the Client may request an invoice corresponding to his stay.
ARTICLE 5 – BANKING DATA
Our partners D-Edge and PAPAM are the only ones, through their secured spaces, to have knowledge and to keep the Customer’s banking information. This information is not transmitted in any way to the Life Hotel site.
These data are used in the context of the online sale of accommodation and related services valid for any stay at the LIFE MARSEILLE VP – VIEUX PORT hotel (SHMI company – Société Hôtelière Marseillaise d’Investissements, whose SIRET number is 530 080 761 00022 and whose head office is located at 35 quai des Belges 13001 Marseille). Also, as part of the online sale of accommodation and related services valid for any stay at the hotel LIFE BORDEAUX GARE – BG (SHEI – Société Hôtelière Excelsior Investissements, whose SIRET number is 892 316 530 00013 and whose registered office is located at 20 bd Montmartre 75 009 PARIS).
The Client is reminded that he/she has a period of 70 (seventy) days, which may be up to 120 (one hundred and twenty) days depending on the bank, to oppose the use of his/her bank card in the event of loss, theft or fraudulent use pursuant to Article L 132-6 of the French Monetary and Financial Code.
In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the debit of sums due by the Customer proves impossible, the sale made will be immediately cancelled by operation of law and the electronic purchase process cancelled.
