The LIFE HOTEL brand, with 2 years of experience and 2 hotels in Marseille and Bordeaux, offers a turnkey solution to operate a budget hotel in the city center: complete brandbook and partner suppliers, high-performance website, IT solutions, targeted web marketing.
From now on, our two entities wish to make investors who share the values of LIFE HOTEL benefit from its many skills. Valuestate opens its new generation hotel brand to franchising and management contracts!
LIFE HOTEL is looking for hotels with strategic locations in the 100 largest cities in Europe. Our objective is to offer our customers an address with a new price/location/service balance in each of our locations. We are also looking for profiles that are sensitive to developments in our sector but also to the protection of our environment. Therefore, we are targeting investors who are able to grasp the new codes of the hotel industry and understand the consumption of tomorrow.
